After the initial success of the Nikon 1 V1, Nikon has introduced the most
capable, and, arguably, the most stylish model of the system to date in the
shape of the new Nikon 1 V3. The V3
sports a new 18.4MP 1" type CMOS sensor. Nikon 1 V3 also has on-chip phase
detection that covers nearly 100% of the frame. Combined with the Expeed 4A
processor, the V3 can shoot at 20 fps with continuous AF, and 60 fps with
single AF. A new Expeed 4A level processor is required to handle the increase
in data allowing not only a ISO12,800 maximum sensitivity but also full HD
1080p video recording at 30/60fps.

The Nikon 1 V3 has been ergonomically designed to allow the user to shoot
comfortably and confidently in a variety of shooting scenarios. Other features
include twin dial control, a tilting 3-inch touchscreen LCD, manual exposure
control, 1080/60p video, and built-in Wi-Fi. In addition to a bump in video
frame rate to 60p, the camera also has 720p slow-motion capability, and there's
electronic image stabilization (e-VR) available in movie mode, so you can make video
clips or movies with ease and more comfortable.
Nikon 1 V3 gives the fastest burst with autofocus at full resolution in its
class. This new mirrorless camera, the Nikon 1 V3 not only outdoes the AW1 with
a 20fps continuous-shooting rate, but incorporates an updated autofocus system
that covers more of the imaging area than previous versions. If you want to
create artistic photographs, and unique photos, you will be happy using the
Nikon 1 V3 because this camera has been equipped with a new creative modes
existing aggregates a lot of filters but adds the ability to change parameters.
